5 pcs Tofu 10 x 10 X 2 cm mashed
2 liters Water
2 pcs Eggs
3 Spring Onion chopped
1/2 Onion chopped
4 cloves Garlic crushed ( 2 cloves for the stock)
1 tsp. Pepper
300 gr Minced beef
1 tbs. Sesame Oil
Salt to taste
18 Peppermint leaves chopped
3 cm Ginger finely chopped
2 tbs. Fried shallots
In a bowl mix the garlic with the tofu, add the minced meat and mix well. Add salt, pepper, sesame oil and onion. Knead mixture thoroughly with your hand until it clings together well.
Lightly beat the eggs, then add to the tofu mixture. Mix well.
Bring water, ginger and garlic to boil in a stockpot. Spoon by spoon, add the tofu mixture to stock. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Serve warm in a serving bowl with pepper mint leaves and fried onion.
