750 grams Beef

2 liters Water

4 tbs. Vegetable oil

2 stalks Lemon grass cut into 10 cm, chrushed

3 cm Ginger crushed

4 cloves Garlic sliced finely and fried

200 grams White Radish


8 cloves Garlic

10 Shallots

1 tsp. Salt

1/2 tsp. Pepper


2 stalks Celery chopped

1 pcs Lime sliced into 4 part

2 tbs. Fried onion

2 bunches Spring Onion cut into 3 cm strips


Boil the meat in water until tender about 25 minutes. Remove, cut of meat into small cubes and put back in broth.

Heat oil, saute blended spices (garlic, shallots, ginger, pepper and salt), lemon grass until fragrant. Put the mixture in the broth.

Add white radish and sweet soy sauce return mixture to a boil. Add fried garlic. Cook until the flavors mingle about 10 minutes.

Serve warm in a serving bowl with celery and fried onion.
