151e Sate Beef (Sate Daging Sapi)



500 gram Beef

100 gram Red bell pepper

100 gram Green bell pepper

75 gram Onion

2 teaspoon Sesame oil

2-3 tablespoon Salty soya sauce

1 teaspoon Suger

1 tablespoon Angciu

1 teaspoon Curry powder

2 tablespoon Vegetable oil

2 tablespoons Water

12 pcs Bamboo Stick

2 cloves Garlic

4 pcs Shallots

2 cm Ginger

1 teaspoon pepper


Slice the beef in thin 2.5 cm cube. Set aside. Put a side.

Bellpapper & onion seeded and cut into 2 x 2 cm.

Make a rough paste out of garlic, ginger, pepper and shallots either with mortal and pestle or processor. Mix with sesame oil, salty soya sauce, sugar, angciu, curry powder, vegetable oil.

Marinated the meat with the paste, mix it well. Leave it for 3 - 4 hours before grill.

Placed the 4 pcs marinated beef in the bamboo stick and combine with bell paper and onion one by one and grill it until the color turn into gold.
