078e Fish Teriyaki (Ikan Bumbu Teriyaki)



4 slices Salmon

2 tbsp. Sake

3 tbsp. Soy sauce

2 tsp. Sugar

4 tbsp. Mirin

4 tbsp. Teriyaki Sauce

2 cm Ginger be shredded

1 tsp. Pepper

4 tbsp. Oil for frying


Wipe the liquid from the fish with paper towel and set aside.

Sake, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, ginger, pepper in bowl and marinate fish in the sauce for 5-10 minutes.

Heat some oil in frying pan and fry fish until browned.

Wipe some excess oil in the frying pan with a paper towel.

Pour teriyaki mixture sauce over the fish in the pan.

Simmer the fish on low heat for 10 minutes or until the liquid is almost gone.
