45 grams Sesame Seeds
280 ml Cream
700 ml Milk
200 grams Sugar
4 pcs Egg
Roasted sesame to popped. Blend to a fine powder.
Mix sesame with cream, milk and half of the sugar and stir well.
Cook over low heat, while stirring, and boil gently until blended. Turn off the heat.
Whisk the remaining sugar and eggs until frothy, put in the milk mixture. Put it back on the heat and cook until thickened. Remove and let cool.
Keep it in freezer until little bit hard. Remove and use the mixer whisk again until thickened. Keep it back in the freezer again until hardened. Do the same step couple of times until the ice cream soft.
