070e Steam Prawn with Pineapple Sauce



300 grams Prawn

1 tsp. Fennel seed

2 bunch Coriander leaves chopped

2 stem Celery chopped

1/2 pcs Carrot chopped

1/2 pcs Onion chopped


1/4 pcs Pineapple

1 tbs. Tomato Sauce

1 tbs. Salty soy sauce

1 tbs. Sweet soy sauce

1 tsp. Limau Lime Juice

1 tbs. Chili sauce


Pour water into the wok until half full. Add coriander leaves, carrot, onion, celery and fennel. Cook until boiling.

Prepare the bamboo steamer. Arrange the prawn in the steamer. Closed the surface with the cover.

Insert the basket into the wok, steam for 5-6 minutes until shrimp cooked. Remove and put in a serving dish. Serve with pineapple sauce.

Mix the sauce ingredients (grated pineapple, tomato sauce, sweet soy sauce, salty soy sauce, lemon juice and chili sauce) in a bowl and stir.
