066e Sweet Potatoes Ball (Timus)



300 grams Sweet Potatoes Steam & mashed

50 grams Sugar

50 grams Corn Flour

1 tbs. Milk Powder

1 tsp. Vanillie

1 tsp. Salt


Combine mashed sweet potatoes together with sugar, milk, corn flour, vanilie and salt.

Knead mixture thoroughly with your hand until it clings together well. Mix well.

Shape the sweet potatoes mixture into small round balls about 5 cm in diameter.

Heat the oil in a wok and fry until brown, tilting and rocking the wok so the balls fry evenly. Remove and set aside on absorbent kitchen paper.
