300 grams Potatoes Steamed, mashed
175 grams Flour
5 pcs Yellow Egg
2 pcs White Egg
100 grams Sugar
400 ml Coconut milk
50 grams Margarin melted
1/4 tsp. Vanili
1/2 tsp. Salt
50 grams Raisin
1/2 pcs Young coconut meat spooned out the meat from the coconut shell (optional)
Combine eggs, sugar and vanilla, beat until whites (about 15 minutes). Pour coconut milk , margarine,salt and stir well.
Add the potatoes and stir well. Stir in the flour gradually, stirring until blended. Enter the butter / margarine liquid, stir well. Strain the potato batter with a sieve. Dispose the potatoes residue.
Heat a pan (mold), spread with margarine. Pour 50 ml of batter into the pan (mold) cook over medium heat for 5 - 10 minutes. Put one slice of young coconut meat on the middle of the cake. Turn and cook the other side until cooked.
