052e Minced Chicken Sate with Lemongrass Stick (Sate Lilit Ayam)



4 tablespoon Vegetable oil

500 grams Minced chicken

75 grams Coconut peeled, grated

1 pcs Red chili take out the seed, chopped

2 tablespoon Sugar

1 teaspoon Lime peel take the skin

1 teaspoon Salt

1 teaspoon Pepper

1 teaspoon Coriander leaves chopped

20 pcs Lemon grass cleaned


3 cm Ginger

1 cm Turmeric grill

1 teaspoon Coriander fried without oil

1 teaspoon Pepper

3 pcs Candle nut fried without oil

2 pcs Clove

2 tablespoon Salty soya sauce

2 pcs Shalotte

5 cloves Garlic

2 pcs Red chillies Seeded


Mince the chicken very finely in a food processor or with a chopper. Put a side.

Make a rough paste out of red chillies, garlic, ginger, turmeric, coriander, pepper, candle nut, cloves, soy sauce and shallots either with mortal and pestle or processor.

In fry pan placed four-spoon vegetable oil and the spice paste stir over low heat until the color turn into golden.

Combine the minced chicken, all other ingredients and coconut, except lemongrass and mix well.

Mold a heaped tablespoonful of this mixture around over trimmed stalks of lemongrass and grill over charchoal until golden brown.
