5 pcs Tofu 10 x 10 cm mashed
2 pcs Egg lightly beaten
3 pcs Leek finely chopped
2 tsp. Sesame Oil
2 gloves Cloves garlic chopped
1 tsp. Pepper
300 grams Minced meat
200 ml Vegetable oil for deep frying
0.5 tsp. Salt to taste
Crush the garlic. Puree the tofu by hand. Combine the garlic together with the mashed tofu.
Add the minced meat and mix well. Add salt, pepper, seasmeoil and leeks or shallots leaves. Knead mixture thoroughly with your hand until it clings together well.
Lightly beat the eggs, then add them to the tofu mixture. Mix well. Shape the tofu mixture into small round balls about 2.5 cm in diameter.
Heat the oil in a wok and fry until brown, tilting and rocking the wok so the balls fry evenly. Remove and set aside on absorbent kitchen paper.
