005e Stir-fried Vegetable with Beef (Cah Sayuran Daging Sapi)



3 cloves Garlic finely slice

200 grams Beef finely slice

200 grams Brocoli

2 pcs Carrot Peeled, cut into 0,5 cm thick

2 cm Ginger chopped

1 tsp. Sesame Oil

1 pc Onion finely slice

1/2 tsp. Salt

1/2 tsp. Pepper

4 tbsp. Vegetable oil

100 ml Water


In wok over medium heat, stir - fry garlic and ginger in oil until golden. Add beef and stir for several minutes.

Reduce heat , add broccoli, carrot, sesame oil, salt and pepper. simmer for several minutes until the vegetable cooked. If necessary, add a little water or stock to help steam.
